Case study · OKNO Modhomes
An Immersive Introduction to Modular Living
A modular home is difficult to understand through plans alone. OKNO needed a digital experience capable of expressing not only the structure, but the relationship between home, landscape and pace of life.

Challenge
Communicate a spatial promise on a screen
The offer combines modular architecture with a strong relationship to place. Flat plans and conventional product pages could explain dimensions, but not the feeling that differentiates the brand.
- Spatial product story
- Architecture and landscape
- Premium visual standard
- A clear sales transition
Approach
Use scroll as a guided camera
We designed an immersive sequence that moves from city noise toward the home and its surroundings. Motion, framing and pacing reveal the proposition progressively instead of presenting a passive gallery.
- Scroll-led narrative
- 3D environment
- Responsive interaction
- Performance-aware delivery
- Brand-led art direction
Result
Experience the philosophy before the conversation
The site gives prospective buyers a memorable first encounter with the product and its setting, providing emotional context before detailed specifications or a sales discussion.
- Distinctive product introduction
- Integrated architecture and landscape story
- Guided exploration
- Clear route to enquiry
Common questions
Clear answers before we start.
Why use a 3D web experience?
The product promise is spatial and environmental. A guided 3D sequence can communicate that relationship more directly than isolated plans and still images.
What did AlphaCodeAI focus on?
The work focused on immersive storytelling, scroll-led interaction, responsive behaviour and a clear transition toward the sales conversation.
