01 / The business case

Start the sales conversation with context.

A name and phone number do not explain what a buyer needs. A focused property assistant can gather relevant context, answer from your approved material and route the enquiry. Your team still owns pricing, availability and the relationship.

THE FRICTION TODAY

More effort than it should take.

  • A phone number without buyer requirements
  • The same project questions taking up sales time
  • Visit requests waiting for an owner
WHAT WE BUILD TOWARDS

A clear path to the next step.

  • A structured summary of what the buyer needs
  • Answers grounded in maintained project content
  • A request routed to the person who confirms it

02 / What the solution could look like

Incoming interest. Maintained project information.

Best for a team with incoming enquiries, maintained project information and a clear follow-up process.

AGREE SUCCESS BEFORE BUILDINGLead completeness, routing reliability and follow-up quality

A chatbot does not create buyer demand on its own. It cannot guarantee bookings, replace your sales team or make unsupported property claims.

04 / A focused implementation

Designed around your sales operation.

Project questions, answered carefully

Explain approved amenities, location and project details. Connect a maintained source for changing information; never invent availability, discounts or commitments.

Buyer needs, captured clearly

Ask about budget range, preferred area, configuration and timing. Collect only the details needed for the enquiry, with a clear handoff to the right sales owner.

Site-visit requests, organised

Capture a preferred slot and route it to your team or scheduling system. Call it a request until the actual appointment has been confirmed.

YOUR NEXT MOVE, MADE CLEAR↘
Property enquiry starter plan

A useful starting point. No guesswork.

A buyer-journey checklist with qualification and routing priorities. Choose your focus for a useful starting checklist, or speak directly to the builders:

  1. Choose one buyer journey and its sales handoff.
  2. Choose one project and approve what the assistant may say about it.
  3. Never imply live prices, availability or confirmed visits without a reliable source.

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE SAYING YES TO

Small scope first.
Clear costs before you commit.

The number of projects, channels, languages, CRM connections and scheduling requirements affects scope. A single-project pilot is usually easier to evaluate than a portfolio-wide rollout.

Bring to the conversation
One project or service, your enquiry channels and the person responsible for follow-up.
Before a paid build
Agree deliverables, dependencies, acceptance checks, timing and an estimate. Recurring tool and model costs are considered separately.

06 / If we decide to work together

Start focused.
Expand on evidence.

  1. 01

    Map the buyer questions

Select one project, approve the source information and agree qualification fields.

  2. 02

    Connect the handoff

Define lead ownership, CRM mapping and how a site-visit request becomes confirmed.

  3. 03

    Review the lead quality

Pilot the flow and inspect completeness, routing failures and the team’s follow-up experience.

What’s included, what affects cost, and when we’re a good fit

Proposed build scope

  • A project-specific knowledge and qualification flow
  • Website assistant, with WhatsApp scoped if appropriate
  • Lead routing to an agreed CRM or shared enquiry workflow
  • Human escalation and site-visit request handling
  • Testing for stale information, unknown answers and duplicate leads

Cost & timing

The number of projects, channels, languages, CRM connections and scheduling requirements affects scope. A single-project pilot is usually easier to evaluate than a portfolio-wide rollout.

Is it a fit?

Best for a team with incoming enquiries, maintained project information and a clear follow-up process.

A chatbot does not create buyer demand on its own. It cannot guarantee bookings, replace your sales team or make unsupported property claims.

Before we talk

A few things
you might be wondering.

Ask us something else
Will this generate new real estate leads?

It is designed to help handle and qualify enquiries from traffic you already attract. Search, campaigns and referrals bring visitors; the assistant improves the path to a useful conversation. Lead volume and sales are not guaranteed.

Can it show current pricing and availability?

Only from an approved, maintained source with clear update rules. If live information is unavailable or uncertain, the assistant should direct the buyer to your team rather than invent an answer.

Can it connect to our real estate CRM?

We assess your CRM’s API, permissions and required fields. Lead creation, assignment and duplicate handling can be included when the integration supports them.

Does it work on WhatsApp as well as the website?

Both can be scoped. A website assistant and a WhatsApp Business Platform integration have different setup, policy and operating requirements, which we review before estimating.

Can it book site visits automatically?

It can collect visit requests. Confirmed booking requires a reliable scheduling source and agreed business rules. Without those, the flow clearly tells the buyer that the team will confirm the request.
