AI Agent Development

We build bounded agents that know what they may do, when they must ask for help, and how every important action can be reviewed.

01

Agent design

Start with the workflow, not the demo

We map the goal, available context, tools, failure modes and approval boundaries before choosing an agent architecture. The result is a system designed for a specific operating responsibility rather than an open-ended bot.

  • Single and multi-step task agents
  • Tool and API use
  • Human approval checkpoints
  • Role-aware access
  • Memory and context design
  • Audit trails
02

Reliability

Evaluation is part of the product

Agent quality cannot be judged from a few impressive conversations. We create representative task sets, measure completion and failure patterns, test tool calls and make uncertain outcomes visible to operators.

  • Task-level evaluation
  • Structured outputs
  • Fallback and escalation
  • Cost and latency controls
  • Prompt and model versioning
  • Production monitoring
03

Delivery

Integrated with the systems your team already uses

Agents become valuable when they can safely read, decide and act across the right systems. We connect data stores, internal APIs, CRMs, support tools, documents and communication channels around a clear permission model.

  • Discovery and feasibility
  • Working prototype
  • Integration engineering
  • Operator interface
  • Security review
  • Deployment and handover

Common questions

Clear answers before we start.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a model, context and approved tools to work toward a defined goal. A production agent also needs permissions, evaluation, logging and escalation paths.

Will an agent act without human approval?

Only where that is appropriate. We define explicit autonomy levels and place human approval before sensitive, expensive or irreversible actions.

Can an agent use our existing software?

Usually, yes. We connect agents to existing systems through supported APIs, databases or controlled automation after reviewing access and reliability constraints.
